Happy November, everyone! Can't believe we're approaching the end of the year already. Daylight savings time today; don't forget to turn back your clocks! I hope everyone had a happy Halloween as wel. I stayed in and did some reading, caught up on my PVR and helped give out candy. I think we got just about, or even over 100 kids this year. We definitely ran low on candy by the end of the night. I loved all the costumes I saw!

You got some good books. I enjoyed Beautiful Creatures, but didn't enjoy Beautiful Darkness as much.

Beautiful Creatures sounds lovely. So glad you survived mid-terms. It will soon be time for winter break..wahoo! My daughter is going through the same thing. I love all the costumes too, but this year I was sick and all of my peeps were out, so i sat in the dark. boo-hoo. Thanks for sharing your new onThe Sunday Post and I am looking forward to your review of Alice in Zombieland.
I still have to read the Beautiful Creatures/Darkness/etc series, but I'm so curious about it. Everyone seems to love the books. Also, congrats on surviving mid-terms. ;D
But holy crap, about 100 kids? How much candies did you buy that you just "ran low"? I just realized that Halloween really *is* much bigger in some countries than it is in Germany, even though the 31st is a holiday here, and not in, eg. the US, as far as I can see. XD
